Policy Update
Signing up for Fennec Wills Registry:
To sign up as either as an individual, institution, company or firm, you will have to register a profile on the system by clicking on the Register button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
If you are from an institution, company or firm, you can opt to either upload the Will information yourself or email us at info@fennecgroup.co.za so that we can assist you to bulk upload the location of the Wills you are responsible for.
- During the sign-up process you will be asked to provide information verifying your identity. This is to ensure that the Will being uploaded belongs to the Wills Registry account holder.
- In case of a joint Will, where one party has already registered as a user, the second party’s identity will also need to be verified.
